Prepare Simply Desserts Peach Jel using 1/3 cup Ceres Peach Juice and 1 1/3 cups boiling water (skip cold water).
1 sachet Simply Desserts Peach Jel, 1/3 cup Ceres Fruit Juice, 1 1/3 cups boiling water
Pour into a square dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into cubes.
In a mixing bowl, add the peach chunks and jel cubes.
1 can peach chunks
Prepare the Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding using 2 cups milk.
2 cups milk, 1 sachet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding
Pour pudding over the peach mixture and gently fold with a rubber spatula.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
