Slice Pineapple in half then scoop out the pineapple to make room for Pineapple Pudding.
Chop pineapple into chunks and place in a bowl, set aside.
In a separate large bowl combine & mix Simply Desserts Vanilla Instant Pudding + 1 ¼ Cup of Milk. (use an electric mixer for creamy results)(½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk + ½ cup Coconut Milk) Next, combine the Pudding + Pineapple into a blender and blend until smooth.
Fill empty pineapples with the Pineapple Pudding mixture .
Top with your favorite sliced fruit (Kiwi & Bananas) & add shredded Coconut.
Place carefully and evenly in the freezer for at least 2 hours & enjoy!
