Dip the rims of your serving shot glasses into honey and gold glitter.

Add champagne, sweetener, lemon juice and optional edible glitter to a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk and bring to a boil. Turn of heat and transfer to a heat safe measuring cup.
2 cups champagne or sparkling wine, Juice of 1/2 lemon, 3 tsp sugar or alternative sweetener, Optional: Edible glitter
Pour the champagne jello into your serving cups. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Remove from fridge and top with whipped cream, more sprinkles and a sparkler toothpick decoration to serve.
