    Ingredients

    • 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding
    • 2 cups whole milk or 1 ¼ cups plant-based milk
    • 1 cup canned lemon curd
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
    • Whipped cream
    • Fresh blueberries
    • Fresh mint and lemon slices to garnish

    Instructions

    • Add the milk, pudding mix, lemon curd, and cream cheese to a stand mixer and whip until fully combined and fluffy. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set.

    • Assemble your pudding cups by layering graham cracker crumbs, lemon cheesecake pudding, whipped cream, and then top with blueberries, mint sprig, and a lemon slice to garnish.
