- Prepare shrimp by deveining, and removing the tails.   
- Then, coat the shrimp by spraying it with coconut oil or cooking oil of your choice. 
- Liberally, season the shrimp with Spicy Garlic + Peach Jel unril covered. 
- Grill on low for 2 minutes on each side. Grilling on low is imperative here as the Jel will burn quickly! 
- Create your own tacos with your favorite fixings! This recipe called for jicama tacos, red ions, and sprouts.
