    Ingredients

    Crust)

    • 8 sheets graham crackers 126g
    • granulated swerve sweetener⁠⁠⁣ 56g
    • butter, melted 56g

    Filling

    • 1 box Simply Desserts Lime Jel
    • 1 box Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel
    • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt⁠⁠⁣
    • ½ tsp vanilla crème liquid stevia⁠⁠⁣
    • ½ lime (Juice and rind from ½ lime⁠⁠⁣)
    • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 8 oz container Lite Cool Whip

    Instructions

    • ➀ Combine graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Pulse the graham crackers in your food processor then blend the remaining two ingredients until everything is evenly moistened. Press firmly into 8-9’’ pie plate. Bake at 350 F for 9 minutes.⁠⁠⁣

    • ➁ With a mixer, combine the filling ingredients and let rest in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.⁠⁠⁣
      1 box Simply Desserts Lime Jel, 1 box Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel, 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt⁠⁠⁣, 1/2 tsp vanilla crème liquid stevia⁠⁠⁣, ½ lime (Juice and rind from ½ lime⁠⁠⁣), 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 8 oz container Lite Cool Whip
    • ➂ Pour chilled mixture onto cooled crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.⁠⁠⁣
    • ➃ Top with shooshes of redi whip and additional grated rind for color!⁠⁠⁣
    • ➄ Once assembled, pie is best consumed within a couple days, but if you want to prep ahead, the filling will stay good in the fridge for up to 5 days!⁠⁠⁣
