➀ Combine graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Pulse the graham crackers in your food processor then blend the remaining two ingredients until everything is evenly moistened. Press firmly into 8-9’’ pie plate. Bake at 350 F for 9 minutes.

➁ With a mixer, combine the filling ingredients and let rest in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
1 box Simply Desserts Lime Jel, 1 box Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel, 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla crème liquid stevia, ½ lime (Juice and rind from ½ lime), 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 8 oz container Lite Cool Whip
➂ Pour chilled mixture onto cooled crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
➃ Top with shooshes of redi whip and additional grated rind for color!
➄ Once assembled, pie is best consumed within a couple days, but if you want to prep ahead, the filling will stay good in the fridge for up to 5 days!
