In a saucepan, on medium-low heat, cook the peaches & jalapeños in water until soft (about 10 minutes).
3 Peaches, 3 Jalapeños, 1 1/2 cup water
Use a hand blender or chopper to crush the peaches & jalapeños leaving a few chunks.
Add in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 2 minutes.
1 Box Simply Desserts Peach Jel, 2 tbsp sweetener, Pinch Salt
Pour into an air-tight container & let sit until the jam is room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Seal and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
