Ingredients

▢ 1 packet Simply Desserts Strawberry Jel
▢ ⅓ cup Ceres Peach Juice or any other non-acidic juice flavor
▢ 1¼ cup boiling water
▢ 1 small apple, diced
▢ 1 small peach, diced
▢ ½ cup canned pineapple, diced
▢ ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Mix Simply Desserts Strawberry Jel with 1/3 cup of cold juice.
Add the boiling water and mix well.
Add the diced fruit and walnuts.
Pour into a square mold. Allow to set.
Serve cold.
