Pour 2 cups apple juice in a pot and bring to a boil.
Pour 6 sachets gelatin alternative into the remaining 2 cups cool apple juice in a medium bowl. Stir and let sit 1–2 minutes to soften.
Add the gelatin mixture and 2 Tbsp sugar or honey into the boiling juice. Stir for 1-2 minutes while boiling, until completely dissolved.
Pour into a 13×9-inch pan and refrigerate 3 hours until firm.
