- To a stand mixer, add in eggnog, heavy whipping cream and Simply Desserts Vanilla Frosting Mix. Whip on high until thickened and transfer to a piping bag. - 1 sachet Simply Desserts Frosting, 1/2 cup eggnog, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 
- Add 10 cookies to a plastic bag and break into crumbles - Sugar free ginger snap cookies 
- Heat cocoa bar in a jar spread in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt. Pour over the cookie crumbles and mix until all pieces are coated. - 1/4 cup cocoa bar in a jar ice oatmeal cookie spread 
- Divide cookie crumbles evenly into the bottom of your serving cups and pipe the eggnog frosting on top 
- Top with a while ginger cookie and sprinkle with nutmeg to serve - Ground Nutmeg for topping
