In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients listed above with a hand held electric mixer for two minutes.
Divide the mix into 3-4 ramekins, depending on their size.
Top each ramekin with granular erythritol for caramelization.
Then, place the ramekins on a baking sheet and broiler them for about 5 minutes. The top gets a beautiful crunchy texture and the inside is sooo good and perfect for fall.
