Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the base in a bowl.
1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/3 tsp cinnamon
Add the wet ingredients and stir well.
1/3 cup egg whites, 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Pour into a small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the pie filling, top the once baked and cooled base.
1 tbsp Simply Desserts Black Cherry Jel, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
