    Classic No Bake Cheesecake

    This classic no-bake cheesecake is pure creamy indulgence. Simply Dessert Gelatine Alternative makes any cheesecake dessert to be extra smooth, fluffy and with great taste.

    Ingredients

    • 1 sachet unflavored gelatin alternative 0.07 oz / 2g
    • ¼ cup cool or room-temperature water
    • ¾ cup boiling water
    • ½ cup sugar, or sweetener of choice Stevia / Monk Fruit
    • 2 pkg Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz each, softened
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 premade graham cracker crust 4 oz mini or 9-inch

    Instructions

    • Bring ¾ cup water to a boil on the stove.
    • In a small bowl, stir the sachet of gelatin alternative into ¼ cup cool water. Let sit 1 minute to soften.
    • Add the softened gelatin and ½ cup sugar to the boiling water. Stir 1–2 minutes until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
    • In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
    • With the mixer on low, slowly pour in the gelatin mixture and beat until fully combined and smooth.
    • Refrigerate the filling for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until slightly thickened.
    • Pour into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
    • Refrigerate at least 3–4 hours, or until fully set, before slicing.

    Notes

    The 45-minute pre-chill (step 6) is optional — it helps the filling hold its shape if you want a taller, fluffier cheesecake. If you'd rather skip it, just pour directly into the crust after step 5 and chill the whole pie until set.
