Make store bought mug cake mix according to box instructions (most only require water)
1 Container Single serve chocolate mug cake mix
Place 2 cupcake liners into two separate microwave save cups
Paper cupcake liners
Fill the cupcake liners ½ way with the mug cake batter and microwave according to box instructions.
Flip out of the cups and let cool.
To make the frosting, whip your milk of choice with the Simply Desserts Chocolate frosting mix in a stand mixer until smooth and fully combined. Add in butter for an extra creamy frosting.
1 Sachet Simply Desserts Frosting, ½ Cup either whole milk or soy milk, 2tbsp softened butter
Pipe the frosting on top of your cupcakes and top with rainbow sprinkles to serve!
