Make the frosting according to package instructions using milk and add in cream cheese. Whip on high until fluffy and fully. Transfer to a piping bag.
1 Sachet Simply Desserts Frosting, 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup milk
Pipe carrot shapes on a lined baking sheet using colored melted white chocolate. Place in freezer to harden.
