    Ingredients

    • 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Frosting (Vanilla)
    • ½ cup milk or milk substitute
    • 8 oz cream cheese softened
    • Melted white chocolate colored with orange and green
    • Cinnamon
    • 8 homemade carrot raisin muffins

    Instructions

    • Make the frosting according to package instructions using milk and add in cream cheese. Whip on high until fluffy and fully. Transfer to a piping bag.
      1 Sachet Simply Desserts Frosting, 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup milk
    • Pipe carrot shapes on a lined baking sheet using colored melted white chocolate. Place in freezer to harden.
      Melted white chocolate colored with orange and green
    • Frost the muffins using cream cheese frosting, top with carrot shapes and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve!
