Preheat the oven at 350F°.
Mix the ingredients for the base.
1 cup low carb pancake mix, 1/3 cup egg whites
Spread the mix in a silicone 8x8 dish.
Bake for 18-22 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the caramel pudding mix.
2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 box Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding, 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp keto caramel syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup alullose
Spread on top of the base already baked and cooled.
Cut into 9 pieces.
Melt carefully the chocolate and drizzle on top of the bars.
