- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a muffin tin with nonstick spray 
- Make the brownie mix according to box instructions using yogurt, 2 eggs, and melted butter - 1 box Fitbake keto classic fudge brownie mix, ½ cup two good vanilla Greek yogurt, 4 eggs, 3 tbsp melted butter 
- Whip together the cream cheese frosting, remaining 2 eggs, and Simply Desserts Butterscotch Pudding mix until smooth. - 1 container Fitbake keto classic cream cheese frosting, ½ Sachet Simply Desserts Butterscotch Pudding 
- Scoop the brownie mix into the muffin tin to fill each cup ¾ of the way. Top each one with a dollop of butterscotch cream cheese mixture and swirl with a toothpick. 
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove and let cool before serving.
