    Ingredients

    • Store-bought or homemade red velvet cake prepared and baked
    • 1 sachet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding
    • 2 cups milk of choice dairy or plant-based, plus extra if needed
    • 225 g 8 oz cream cheese, softened (dairy or dairy-free)
    • 2 cups sugar-free white chocolate chips melted
    • Optional: festive sprinkles for topping

    Instructions

    • Crumble the cooled red velvet cake into fine crumbs using a large bowl.
      Store-bought or homemade red velvet cake
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding Mix, and cream cheese using a hand or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
      1 sachet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding, 2 cups milk of choice, 225 g 8 oz cream cheese, softened (dairy or dairy-free)
    • Add the white chocolate pudding mixture to the cake crumbs and gently fold until fully combined.
    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place onto a parchment-lined tray.
    • Freeze for 1–2 hours to firm up the cake balls.
    • Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate and return to the tray.
      2 cups sugar-free white chocolate chips
    • Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
      Optional: festive sprinkles for topping
    • Freeze again for 5–10 minutes until the chocolate has set.
    • Serve and enjoy!
