In a separate bowl, add the pumpkin and cream cheese and mix until smooth with minimal lumps.
1/2 Cup plain cream cheese, 1 Cup canned unsweetened pumpkin
Add in the prepared vanilla pudding and remaining ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and whisk until fully combined and fluffy.
1/2 Tsp salt, 1/4 Tsp black pepper, 1/2 Tsp paprika, 1/4 Cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Transfer to a serving dish and top with fresh chopped thyme, chives, walnut chunks, and a drizzle of EVOO.
