Make the White Chocolate Pudding according to package instructions using milk of choice.
1 Sachet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding, 2 Cups milk of choice
Prep the strawberries and stick toothpicks through the tops.
10-15 fresh whole strawberries
In a small saucepan, whisk together monkfruit sugar, water, corn syrup, and coloring (optional).
¾ Cup monkfruit sugar with erythritol, ¼ Cup water, 1 Tbsp lite corn syrup, Red food coloring
Heat to 300°F (150°C) without stirring.
Dip strawberries into syrup, spin to coat evenly, let excess drip off.
Place on parchment until coating hardens.
Drizzle with prepared white chocolate pudding and serve!
